Terms of Service

v1.4.0 — 2026-08-06 · Contacto: contact@ootdlyapp.com

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By creating an account on OOTDly, you accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of the Service

OOTDly is a fashion social network that lets you share outfits, interact with other users and take part in a virtual economy (GZL). The service is provided "as is" and may change without prior notice.

3. Registration and Account

You must be at least 14 years old to register, in accordance with Spanish law (LOPDGDD) and Art. 8 GDPR. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.

4. User Content

You retain the rights to the content you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute and promote your content within the platform, including generating cards to share your public content on third-party networks (such as Instagram or TikTok) with attribution to your username and a link to OOTDly. This licence does not extend to exclusive or paid content, which may not be shared outside the platform. You also authorise us to show and comment on your public content in media owned by OOTDly (podcast, video channel and brand social accounts), always with attribution to your username. We will not use exclusive or paid content, nor content from users under 18, and you may request its removal at any time by writing to contact@ootdlyapp.com. You represent that you hold all rights necessary over the content you publish, including the image rights of any people appearing in it.

5. Prohibited Conduct

6. Automated Content Validation

When you post a photo or a video, our server automatically applies two technical filters before the content becomes visible:

If your post is rejected, you will receive a notice in the app. You can try again with different content. These filters are technical and do not constitute an automated decision with legal effects (Art. 22 GDPR).

7. Virtual Economy (GZL) and Payments

GZL virtual currency

GZL is a virtual currency. The reference exchange rate is 3,000 GZL = 1 EUR, although it may change. GZL has no monetary value outside the platform until a withdrawal is requested.

Welcome bonus

New users receive 1,000 GZL when they register. This bonus is non-withdrawable — it can only be used within the platform (subscriptions, purchases of exclusive content, etc.). It does not count towards the minimum withdrawal balance.

GZL earnings and withdrawals

Earned GZL (excluding the welcome bonus) can be withdrawn as real money once the minimum balance of 60,000 GZL (~20 EUR) is reached. The platform applies a 30% commission; the creator receives 70%.

Campaign earnings (EUR)

Campaign income accrues in euros separately. Minimum withdrawal: 20 EUR. 30% commission. Payouts are made using the method the creator selects when requesting the withdrawal (SEPA transfer, PIX, Wise or PayPal), once the verification period has elapsed.

Withdrawal verification period

Every withdrawal request is subject to a 30-calendar-day verification period before it is paid out. This period allows OOTDly to verify the legitimacy of the transactions that generated the balance and to cover the risk of payment reversals (chargebacks), refunds or campaign cancellations occurring after the payout. During this period the amount remains on hold and no new withdrawal can be requested. The exact availability date is shown in the app when the request is registered.

OOTDly may extend this period, or suspend or refuse a withdrawal, where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, identity theft, use of unauthorised payment methods or breach of these Terms, informing the user of the reasons. OOTDly may likewise release the payout earlier, at its discretion, where verification is completed ahead of time.

Buying GZL

Users can acquire GZL through in-app purchases (Apple App Store / Google Play). Purchased GZL is non-refundable unless required by law.

8. Brand Accounts (Brand Terms)

If you register an account as a brand to create collaboration campaigns with creators, you additionally accept the following terms:

The full terms for brands and creators are shown when accepting each campaign within the app.

9. Termination

We may suspend or delete your account if you breach these terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

OOTDly is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

11. Communication Channels in Campaigns

OOTDly reserves the right to review campaign conversations in the event of a dispute, a refund claim or an investigation into prohibited conduct, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
